Process Engineering & Chemistry
From the initial idea to the operation of our own plants, we cover the entire value chain. This is accompanied by a comprehensive understanding from the basics to practical applications.

Plant & Furnace Engineering
Our solutions are mostly special plants, where we use standard components if available. With temperatures of approx. 1,650°C, high demands are placed on plants and materials.

Metallurgy & smelting
Especially the recycling of silicon is metallurgically demanding. For our innovative processes, we need solid knowledge of the processes involved. The focus here is on experimental testing in the smelting furnace.

Physics & Materials
Our focus is primarily on high-temperature materials in order to make our processes even more efficient. Important components here are models & simulations that accelerate our development.

Measurement/Control/Regulation
Automation and exact program sequences make our processes economical. Here we rely on proven PLC systems and are open to innovative solutions.

Digitalization & Software
In addition to simulation models, we rely on a data-driven development strategy. For this purpose, we try to digitally integrate measurement data wherever possible and derive models from it.
